Growing healthy, chemical, and pesticide-free food in a way that supports the natural environment, including soil regeneration, water quality, land protection, biodiversity enhancement, and resilience to climate change.

Different projects include organic agriculture, agroforestry, aquaculture, beekeeping, natural pest control, bio-ferments, composting, and more.
FOREST EGGS​ & FISH
​
Our chickens and fish are happy. On the farm, we grow and process our feed. The fish and chickens are an integral component, providing food, compost, fertilizer, and entertainment.
SOIL LAB / COMPOST & FERMENTATION
​
In our DIRT LAB, we learn, experiment, and share ideas about cultivating microorganisms for organic agriculture. Promoting microbial diversity in the soil produces healthy food and supports the surrounding environment.
